Returns, Faults & Warranty
We want you to be happy with your order from The Crimson Bat. This page explains our returns process, what to do if something is wrong with your order, and our warranty for eligible manufacturing defects.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of cloth pads that have been used or worn.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible unused items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before returning any item, please contact us at support@thecrimsonbat.co.uk so we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Items should be returned in their original condition and must be clean, unused and suitable for resale.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Made-to-Order Products
Our cloth pads are made to order. Where a product is made specifically to your requirements or is personalised, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected.
This does not affect your rights if your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not meet your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thecrimsonbat.co.uk.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.
We will review the issue and advise you of the next steps.
Faulty or damaged goods are covered by your statutory consumer rights, regardless of whether they fall within our voluntary 30-day warranty.
The Crimson Bat Warranty
We want you to enjoy your Crimson Bat products for as long as possible.
Our 30-day warranty provides additional reassurance against certain manufacturing defects that may occur within the first 30 days of receiving your order.
If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can assess the issue.
Our warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict those rights.
What Is Covered Under the Warranty?
Stitching
If stitching comes undone due to a manufacturing defect, the item may be eligible for repair.
Fabric
If the fabric unexpectedly begins to fray or an immediate hole develops due to a manufacturing defect, the item may be eligible for repair or replacement.
Gusher pads are excluded from fabric-fraying claims where the appearance or finish is part of the intended design.
Snaps
If a snap has been incorrectly installed, cracks, breaks or pulls away due to a manufacturing defect, the item may be eligible for repair or replacement.
Returning an Item Under Warranty
If your claim is approved and the issue is covered by our warranty, The Crimson Bat will cover the reasonable return postage costs within the first 30 days.
Please do not return your item until we have provided instructions.
Repairs can take up to 6 weeks to complete and return to you, although we will always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible.
Where a repair is not possible, we may provide a replacement.
Due to the limited availability of some fabric prints, we cannot guarantee that an identical replacement will always be available. If your original print is no longer available, we will offer you a suitable alternative from the prints available at the time.
What Isn't Covered Under the Warranty?

- General wear and tear.
- Staining or changes in fabric appearance caused through normal use.

- Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying or care.
- Damage caused by altering or modifying the product.
- A product not meeting your personal preferences for fit, length, shape or absorbency.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or does not meet the standards required by law.
