Your processing time depends on whether your item is in stock or made to order.
In-Stock Products
In-stock products are usually shipped within 5 working days.
Our current in-stock turnaround time is displayed at the top of our home page.
Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order products are made especially for you and have a turnaround time of 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
The current turnaround time is also stated on the individual product page.
Please note that during particularly busy periods, dispatch times may be longer than usual.
Please remember that dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Your chosen delivery service's delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail delivery times are delivery aims rather than guarantees and may occasionally take longer, particularly during busy periods, weekends or around bank holidays.

Processing & Delivery
Your order goes through two stages:
1. Processing & dispatch
Your order is made or prepared for shipping according to the turnaround time that applies to your product.
2. Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, it is passed to your chosen delivery provider. The delivery aim then applies.
For a made-to-order product, the 6–8 week turnaround applies before your order is dispatched. The delivery time for your chosen shipping service begins after your order has been completed and dispatched.
During particularly busy periods, both processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Any current extended turnaround time for in-stock products will be displayed at the top of our home page, while the turnaround time for made-to-order products is displayed on the individual product page.
Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service has been selected, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
